Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Lead / Functional Analyst with deep expertise in SAP HCM/ERP to lead and support data migration, configuration, and optimization of HR-related processes. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring HR processes are accurately reflected and optimized in the SAP system.
Work Mode - 100% Remote
Duration - 1 year plus extension
- Lead and facilitate Data Migration Workshops within the SAP HCM environment.
- Oversee and support data migration activities, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with business rules.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to analyze, configure, and customize SAP HCM/ERP modules (Payroll, Benefits, Time Management, Organizational Management).
- Provide expertise on HR processes and best practices including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and talent development.
- Perform data analysis using tools such as SQL, SAP Business Intelligence, and other reporting platforms to deliver actionable insights.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for implementation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, managing expectations and ensuring alignment between HR needs and system capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and data security standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- SAP HCM/ERP Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM or ERP modules related to HR.
- Leadership Experience: Proven ability to manage and guide teams through data migration activities and workshops.
- HR Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR processes and industry best practices.
- Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in SQL, SAP BI, or similar tools for reporting and insights.
- Configuration & Customization: Hands-on experience configuring and customizing SAP HR modules.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging HR, IT, and business leaders.
