Senior SAP Cloud Architect (10+ years) to lead the migration of SAP PI/PO to SAP BTP Integration Suite and support integration between on-premise SAP ERP

Our valued client is seeking a Senior SAP Cloud Architect to lead the migration of SAP PI/PO to SAP BTP Integration Suite and support integration between on-premise SAP ERP systems and cloud-based SAP solutions, including SAP S/4HANA

The role focuses on designing secure hybrid integration architectures, rebuilding and migrating integration flows, validating performance and functionality, and ensuring scalable, future-ready integration platforms. The SAP Cloud Architect will collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver integration modernization aligned with enterprise standards and best practices.

Must Haves:

• 10+ years of experience working with SAP PI/PO
• 5+ years of experience working with SAP BTP Integration Suite
• 5+ years of experience working with SAP CPI
• 3+ years of experience performing SAP PI/PO migrations to SAP BTP Integration Suite
• Demonstrated experience working with cloud-based SAP interoperability technologies
• Strong knowledge of concepts and components of SAP BTP Integration Suite
• Experience supporting hybrid SAP landscapes integrating on-premise and cloud environments

Tasks:

• Verify and validate configuration of SAP BTP Integration Suite environments, including tenant setup, connectivity, and security controls
• Deploy and configure SAP Edge Integration Cell to support secure hybrid integration scenarios
• Establish and maintain secure communication between on-premise systems and SAP BTP Integration Suite
• Rebuild and migrate existing SAP PI/PO integration flows to SAP BTP Integration Suite using migration tools and pre-built content
• Implement hybrid integration scenarios leveraging Edge Integration Cell capabilities
• Validate migrated integrations to ensure functional equivalency and performance optimization
• Support and oversee unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities
• Ensure integration platform performance, scalability, and readiness for future enhancements
• Develop comprehensive documentation including architecture designs, migration guides, and operational procedures
• Provide post-go-live support and stabilization activities

Create a recommendations document that includes:

• Detailed migration approach and integration architecture strategy
• Identified risks and mitigation strategies related to PI/PO to BTP migration
• Secure hybrid integration design patterns and governance considerations
• Testing frameworks and validation strategies for migrated integrations
• Performance optimization and scalability recommendations
• Knowledge transfer and operational sustainability plan
