Our client is looking for a Senior SailPoint ISC Technical Lead to support identity lifecycle processes, provide overall guidance for internal and third party vendors.

This role requires you to be onsite 4 days/week in downtown Calgary office.

Must Haves:

• 8+ years' experience working within IAM as a technical lead, analyst or similiar
• Must have 4+ years experience with SailPoint ICS
• Configuration of identity lifecycle processes JML (Joiner/Mover/Leaver).
• Use of SailPoint Workflows, Rules, and Transformations.
• Experience with IdentityNow connectors (e.g., AD, Azure AD, Workday, ServiceNow).
• Familiarity with Source Aggregation, Entitlement Management, and Access Profiles.
• Experience with Workday
• Experience with RESTful API usage for integrations and automation.
• Experience with JSON, OAuth2, and token-based authentication.
• Experience with SCIM and SaaS application onboarding.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Nice to have:

• Experience with Ignio
• SailPoint certifications (IdentityIQ Engineer/Architect, IdentityNow)
• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and automation
• Knowledge of Zero Trust security models

Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end SailPoint IGA architecture (IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow)
• Define IAM strategy, roadmaps, and best practices aligned with enterprise security goals
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Lead solution design for access governance, lifecycle management, certifications, and segregation of duties (SoD)
