Senior, reliability cleared SAP HCM Architect (10+ years) to support an on premise SAP ERP system migration to a new cloud-based solution.

Our valued public sector client is in need of a senior, reliability cleared SAP HCM Architect (10+ years) to support an on premise SAP ERP system migration to a new cloud-based solution.

In support of the Canada Revenue Agency's SAP Corporate Administrative System (CAS) project, the contractor will design, enhance, and provide architectural recommendations for HR Organizational Management and Personnel Administration systems.

Tasks Include:

• Evaluate existing procedures and methods; identify and document database content, structure, and application sub-systems; and develop data dictionary.
• Develops SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) frameworks, strategies, and architecture model to meet the business and technical requirements.
• Define and document interfaces of manual to automated operations within application sub-systems, internal to external systems, and between new and existing systems.
• Plan, analyze and create architecture design, develop and perform technical migration, implementation and integration of modules and databases in all environments.

Must Have:

• 10+ years experience as an SAP Architect
• 10 years in the last 15 supporting SAP HCM
• 5 years in the last 10 supporting SAP Organization Management
• 2 years experience within the last 6 with each of the following:
• SAP ERP HR systems
• ABAP code debugging
• Application Design

Constraints:

The contractor must provide their services during regular work hours (between 8:00 and 5:00) Monday through Friday generally not exceeding 37.5 hours per week. It is expected though that the contractor will work extended hours as required.
