Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong Telecom and BSS domain expertise to lead complex transformation and delivery projects in the telecom industry
An initial 12 month contract. Full time - 4-5 days per week onsite
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Telecom BSS projects across the full project lifecycle
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies
- Drive implementation and transformation of BSS systems including:
- Billing & Rating (Prepaid / Postpaid / Convergent)
- Charging Systems
- CRM & Customer Management
- Coordinate with business, IT, OSS, network, finance, and operations teams
- Ensure seamless integration between BSS, OSS, and external systems using APIs and middleware
Must-Haves:
- Strong experience in Telecom BSS project management
- Deep understanding of Telecom BSS domains
- Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-vendor Telecom IT projects
- Hands-on experience with BSS platforms such as:
- Amdocs, Netcracker or similar
- Solid knowledge of Telecom processes and frameworks (TM Forum eTOM, SID)
