Our midstream energy client is looking for a Senior Project Manager with deep expertise in business process mapping and implementation to support a high-impact organizational design and transformation initiative. (17558)

Must Haves:

• 10 + years in process mapping - ability to create detailed current-state and future-state workflows using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalent
• Experience with process implementation - turning mapped processes into executed, measurable improvements
• Ability to identify and address gaps, redundancies, and risks in existing processes
• Experience driving end-to-end process improvement initiatives in cross-functional environments
• Strong project management skills - able to manage scope, timeline, risks, and deliverables concurrently
• Strong understanding of organizational design and how team structure supports process efficiency
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams) and working knowledge of Power BI

Nice to Haves:

• Excellent communication skills for engaging senior stakeholders, technical teams, and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated ability to lead workshops focused on process definition, redesign, and execution planning
• Skilled in creating process documentation, RACI charts, and SOPs to support implementation
• Experience working in a change management environment, including alignment with OCM resources
