Our client is seeking an Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation, integration, and optimization of Microsoft 365 solutions within a complex, enterprise‑scale environment.

Must-haves:

• 10+ years delivering enterprise technology implementation and optimization projects, ideally involving Microsoft 365 (M365).
• Hands‑on experience with M365 applications such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business (asset).
• Strong project management capabilities across planning, execution, risk management, budgeting, and quality assurance.
• Ability to independently lead cross‑functional project teams and manage project resources.
• Proven ability to work with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, objectives, and implementation strategies.
• Experience leading data migrations from legacy systems into modern cloud environments with a focus on data integrity and security.
• Ability to configure and optimize M365 solutions using advanced features, governance, and configuration best practices.
• Strong change management skills, including communication planning, training, and user adoption support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to leadership and non‑technical audiences.
• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities with adaptability in fast‑paced environments.
• Experience troubleshooting M365 issues and coordinating with technical support and vendors.
• Ability to produce clear documentation for configurations, processes, project updates, and post‑implementation insights.
• Consulting experience is a strong asset.
• Energy sector experience is an asset.
