Must Haves

• Minimum 10 years in project management delivering cyber security and secure IT infrastructure initiatives in government or high-security environments
• Experience managing secure network implementations and technology infrastructure components within facility construction or modernization projects
• Demonstrated expertise integrating cyber security requirements into facility or capital projects involving classified or protected environments
• At least 7 years of IM/IT infrastructure support, including network, communications, cabling, and equipment deployment across multi-security zones
• Valid Government of Canada Secret Security Clearance and Controlled Goods Certification

Responsibilities

• Lead secure infrastructure and cyber security project delivery within government facilities
• Coordinate multi-stakeholder teams across construction, technology, and security domains
• Develop and review technology and investment planning documentation for infrastructure modernization
• Oversee technical design approvals for secure environments and multi-security-zone facilities
• Support certification and accreditation of technology security installations
• Steer integration of emerging technologies such as cloud, AI, and advanced communications within secure networks
• Manage reporting, certification, and compliance documentation for large-scale initiatives
