Our public sector client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to coordinate and advise internal teams supporting an on-premise to cloud project following the TBS gating process.

Project Description:

To support the transition of enterprise wide critical systems from on-premise to cloud infrastructure.

Must Haves:

• Project Manager (10+ years)
• Cloud/on Premise migration (2+ projects)
• TBS gating process on $5 million projects (5+ years)
• PMP or Prince2

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain the TBS gating process, ensuring alignment on deliverables, timelines, and approval checkpoints
• Act as the central point of coordination across all teams and stakeholders
• Coordinate activities across multiple internal functional teams involved in tool development and delivery
• Coordinating activities and gathering information regarding business requirements, deliverables, technical expertise, financial estimates, project background
• Reporting & Documentation - Provide project reporting and summaries, perform analysis of reporting and ensure quality assurance
• Drafting, verifying, and submitting internal forms and documentation necessary for progression of the project
• Identify business, policies, and regulation requirements
• Regularly liaising with all stakeholder business units and senior management keeping apprised of upcoming initiatives/projects
• Provide progress updates and reports, identifies risks and alternative solutions
• Complete and verify all necessary internal forms
• Plan, coordinate, prepare and control documentation for planning and processing
