Our technology client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to assist with Business Analyst solution delivery with technology projects (Content Management and AI initiatives)

Permanent, Calgary-based office. Candidates will work Hybrid (2 days in-office and 3 days WFH)

Must Haves

• 10+ years of experience in Project Management and Business Analysis with a focus on Software Development initiatives
• Experience architecting and leading document-management (SharePoint, LaserFiche) or process-automation technical solution delivery

• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and direct development teams
• Experience with Testing activities
• Previous experience as a Software Developer or Solution Architect

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, or Dataverse
• Degree in business, computer science, or related discipline
• Knowledge of municipal, public sector, or regulated industry environments
• Background in software design, programming, or technical analysis
• Completion or progress toward Microsoft or Laserfiche certifications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from discovery and design through implementation and client training
• Architect and plan Laserfiche and Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions to meet customer business requirements
• Decompose projects into deliverables, schedule tasks, and oversee development execution
• Manage budgets, timelines, and progress reporting for internal and client stakeholders
• Define and validate requirements, process maps, and functional specifications
• Direct QA cycles, coordinate customer testing, and confirm readiness before solution release
• Prepare and deliver customer training and support smooth rollout of new solutions
