Our GTA based, Municipal Government Client requires the services of a Senior Project Manager to manage ML/AI initiative and Digital Customer Experience Program.



ROLE:


The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the successful execution of these projects, driving the development and implementation of strategic solutions, and ensuring alignment with Client’s business objectives.


ML/AI

The ML/AI initiative involves leading several pilot projects aimed at solving both corporate and operational challenges through the application of machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies. The Senior Project Manager will be tasked with building business cases, overseeing pilots, and helping establish and mature the AI practice within the Client.


Digital Customer Experience Program

The Digital Customer Experience Program initiative focuses on revamping the way our Client engages with its customers through modern technologies, including exploring new customer communication technologies (e.g., LED screens, AI-enabled displays) at key transit locations like stations and bus stops, and overhauling the Cient's website to align with modern design standards. Additionally, this program involves transforming the customer relationship management (CRM) system to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.


MUST HAVE:


Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) with PMP, Agile, or equivalent certifications preferred.

Strong understanding of AI technologies, data processing technologies, machine learning models, and business intelligence platforms.

• Proven experience in managing large, complex projects, particularly in the fields of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Digital

Transformation.

• Expertise in Customer Experience technologies, including digital signage, AI-driven communication tools, and web technologies.

• Experience with business case development, ROI analysis, and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.

• Familiarity with modern web development technologies, content management and customer engagement platforms.

• Experience in budgeting, funding requests, and financial planning for initiatives.
