Description
Our customer in the public sector is looking for a senior project manager to manage infrastructure projects.
Location: Hamilton, ON
Hybrid - 2 days/week in office
3-4 months contract
35 hours/week
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects focused on infrastructure projects
- Support on going cyber security infrastructure upgrades
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless project execution.
- Track project progress, manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Facilitate risk assessment and mitigation strategies for project-related cybersecurity and infrastructure challenges.
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Prepare and present presentations to Executives and Sr. Stakeholders
- Conduct regular status meetings and report project performance to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Must Haves:
- 5 years of project management experience with a focus on infrastructure projects (ideally within the Public Sector)
- MS Project
- PMP preferred
