Our large utilities client is looking for a Senior Project Controls Subject Matter Expert to lead Primavera implementation and establish standardized project controls processes across the organization.

Must-haves:

• 10+ years’ experience in Project Controls with a strong focus on enterprise or PMO-level process design and governance.
• Experience implementing Oracle Primavera from the ground up, including configuration, coding structures, and integration with other systems.
• Experience developing standardized project controls processes for scheduling, cost control, earned value management, and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to build and structure project controls teams, including defining roles, responsibilities, and workflows.
• Experience leading organizational change related to new systems and processes, including stakeholder engagement and end-user training.
• Strong knowledge of cost, schedule, and risk management principles in a multi-project or portfolio environment.
• Industry experience in energy, utilities, infrastructure, or a similar capital project environment.
