Our valued client is hiring a Senior Project Control Officer to manage project financials and to support PMO deliverables and change requests on a supply chain project.

Background:

The supply chain project requires an architectural and operating model decision for deploying a software across multiple instances of the SAP instance. This deployment will support the Materiel Management stream by enabling effective integration and operational alignment within the existing enterprise environment.

Tasks:

• Project Financial Management: Monitor budgets, track planned vs. actual expenditures, forecast costs, analyze variances, support accruals, and validate invoices to ensure accurate financial reporting and cost control.
• Project Administration & Controls: Maintain integrated schedules, track milestones and deliverables, manage RAID logs, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution and governance compliance.
• PMO Governance & Change Management Support: Prepare status reports and executive dashboards, coordinate stage gate documentation, manage change requests including impact assessments and tracking, and maintain version control of key project artifacts.
• Resource Coordination & Onboarding: Facilitate resource onboarding and offboarding, coordinate system and security access requests, track clearances, maintain resource allocation plans, and support utilization reporting.

Must Haves:

• Secret clearance
