What does the LOB do:

• Program documentation and artifacts
• Integrated project planning
• Monitoring and managing cross-program dependencies (“five blockers”)
• Coordinating with Project Managers to ensure accurate and timely workstream reporting
• Preparing executive-level summaries and materials

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Project Control Offices - Expert to support a major business initiative focused on transitioning from an existing platform to a new enterprise solution. This role plays a critical part in ensuring program governance, coordination, and reporting are executed seamlessly across multiple workstreams.

The successful candidates will support key program artifacts, maintain the integrated project plan, and oversee the management of the “five blockers.” This includes working closely with Project Managers to ensure consistent reporting across workstreams, providing administrative coordination, and preparing high-quality executive summaries for senior leadership.

Must Have Requirement:

• Demonstrated experience managing program financials (e.g., Accruals, creating financial reports - presented to executive steering committees, chargebacks, processing of invoices, financial forecasting)

Nice to Have:

• Banking experience is an asset

• Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint/Sharepoint

• Jira / Power BI
