Our client is seeking a Senior Program Manager with to oversee multiple streams of an HR Transformation (SuccessFactors preferred)

Remote however preference given to local Calgary candidates for occasional in-office stakeholder meetings. Contract to the end of December with possibility of extension.

Must have:

· 10+ years experience with project delivery

· 3+ years as a Program Manager on complex business transformation initiatives from scoping to benefits realization

· Experience with HR business and technology transformations with deep interdependencies in a large enterprise environment

· Experience with SuccessFactors and SAP best practices

· Experience leading 4-6 Project Managers and their associated teams with 30+ people

Nice to have:

· PMP or equivalent certifications

Responsible for managing and ensuring the successful delivery of an HR transformation program that involves both business and technology change including:

• Strategic Planning
• Resource Management
• Planning timelines based on project interdependencies
• Program financial management (budgeting and reporting)
• PMO Governance
• Risk Management
• Executive level stakeholder management
• Lead diverse teams
