Senior Program Manager to support business transformation program for commercial operations within a global organization


100% remote - strong possibility of extension as this program goes into 2026


Must have:

  • Senior Program Manager with 5+ years running complex enterprise programs
  • Experience delivering enterprise wide commercial or strategic transformational programs
  • Strong understanding of business operations, commercial models, and cross-functional delivery in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience defining and managing overall program roadmap, integrated workplans and key milestones across multiple projects
  • Support program governance and performance management framework
  • Proficient in program management tools, project lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
  • Excellent risk, financial and change management skills


Nice to have:

  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred.


Responsibilities:

  • The Program Manager is accountable for the successful delivery of a large-scale, multi-year commercial program that spans multiple business units, stakeholders, and geographic locations.
  • This role requires a seasoned leader with deep expertise in program management, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional execution.
  • The Program Manager will oversee all phases of the program lifecycle-from initiation and planning through execution, transition to business, and benefits realization-while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, commercial strategies, and governance standards.
  • The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of technical PgM knowledge, commercial acumen, and leadership capability, and is skilled at navigating complexity, driving accountability, and fostering a high-performance culture across diverse teams and partners.
