Our client is seeking a Senior Program Manager to define governance and lead an enterprise IT transformation program including the implementation of ITSM tools (ServiceNow) and Jira.

This is a primarily remote role but occasional onsite work in Edmonton can be expected. Preference will be given to Edmonton candidates but is open to Alberta candidates.

Must Haves:

• 8+ years' experience as a Program Manager overseeing enterprise programs related to IT Transformation
• Hands on project delivery of an ITSM or IT transformation project
• Ability to play dual role of Program Manager and Project Manager
• Experience defining program direction, program roadmap and governance
• Experience with business process redesign
• Strong stakeholder management including presenting to steering committees and business sponsors while managing implementation partners
• Working with both Agile and Waterfall teams for project delivery

Nice to Haves:

• Experience rolling out ServiceNow across an enterprise
• Experience implementing Jira (time and resource)
• PMP certification
