Description
Our large, enterprise client is seeking a Senior Procurement/ Vendor Manager to oversee and establish the strategy behind vendor relations, compliance, and negotiations.
This is an initial 6-month contract to start with a possibility of renewal. The successful candidate can work 100% remote.
Must-Haves:
- 6+ years of experience in procurement and vendor management
- Experience managing vendor relationships
- Experience managing vendor compliance and strategically establishing KPIs
- Strong vendor/stakeholder facilitation and strategic contract negotiation/evaluation skills
Responsibilities:
- Lead sourcing and procurement activities for facility leases and services
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand Facilities requirements
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure service quality and performance
- Negotiate leases and contracts to achieve cost-effective solutions
- Optimize spend while maintaining service standards and quality
- Provide support in other procurement categories as needed
