Our client is seeking a Senior Organizational Change Manager to lead and coach change efforts across a variety of enterprise-level initiatives


Initial contract goes till end of March 2026 with possibilities of renewal. Hybrid model in Vancouver 2 days/week on-site (Thursdays included). Initial first 4 days of contract will be on-site for onboarding. 35 hours/week.


Must Have:

  • 7+ years in standalone or lead Organizational Change Manager delivering full-cycle OCM
  • Creating, leading, executing change management for large IT projects
  • Experience with ERP or CRM projects
  • Prosci certified
  • Available to work Hybrid in Vancouver


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute end-to-end organizational change management plans for IT-centric initiatives across various programs
  • Coach and support Project Managers on Change Management best practices to ensure consistent change practices.
  • Collaborate closely interdepartmentally to improve organizational alignment and end-user readiness.
  • Identify change impacts, anticipate issues, and proactively mitigate resistance across stakeholders.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, communications, and feedback loops.
  • Lead end-user communications and readiness activities, focusing more on technical alignment
  • Independently own change strategy and execution, while aligning when needed.
