Our client has an immediate requirement for a Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to support an ERP Integration project.


Project Details:

  • Duration: 1-year project starting June 1, 2025
  • Location: Hybrid environment (3 days/week) for a Calgary-based client


The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the project meets its objectives by increasing user adoption and usage through effective change management strategies.


Must Have:

  • 8+ years of experience in Organizational Change Manager
  • Experience on large, cross-functional projects
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies (e.g., PROSCI), and tools
  • Experience working on enterprise-level programs, ideally with PeopleSoft or similar systems
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and oral - with the ability to articulate messages clearly to various audiences
  • Experience with technology rollouts


Nice to Have:

  • Finance experience and familiarity with grant or research administration
  • Experience working with academic researchers and faculty
