Senior Oracle CX Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Sales & Service Fusion Cloud.

Our Government client is seeking an experienced Oracle CX Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Sales & Service Fusion Cloud. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in CRM systems, business process analysis, and Agile delivery, with the ability to translate business needs into functional solutions that enhance customer and service experiences.

End Date: November 27, 2026

Hours per Week: 37.5

Must Haves

• 5+ years as a Functional Consultant in complex enterprise environments.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with CRM systems, ideally Oracle Sales & Service Fusion Cloud.
• Proven expertise in Oracle Sales & Service Cloud configuration and customization.
• Strong understanding of CRM workflows, service processes, and business rules.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps for backlog and test management.
• Solid experience with functional/regression testing, test cycles, and defect tracking.

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Knowledge of Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI reporting.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs within Oracle CX.
• Familiarity with security management in Oracle Cloud environments.
• DevOps or CI/CD experience.
• Previous experience working with government organizations.
• Relevant Oracle Functional Consultant or CRM certifications.
