Our consumer business client in the transportation industry is seeking a Senior OCM Specialist (10+ years) to lead change management for a new Vendor Management System (VMS) implementation

Join a high-impact technology program driving organizational adoption of a new Vendor Management System across multiple business and supplier groups. This role leads change management strategy and execution, working with IT, Procurement, and external partners to achieve strong stakeholder readiness, communication, and compliance. The position offers direct collaboration with MSP and VMS partner change teams to deliver aligned rollout and user engagement. This contract provides visibility across enterprise technology and supplier operations in a major consumer business environment.

Must Haves

• Experience with Vendor Management System (VMS) implementations across enterprise environments
• Proven delivery of change management for technology implementations involving multiple stakeholders
• Experience engaging and communicating with external stakeholders, including suppliers and Procurement teams
• Strong cross-functional engagement across Information Technology, Procurement, and business functions

Nice to Have

• French language proficiency
• Experience supporting mergers or large transformations
• Experience working alongside MSP partners or contingent workforce programs

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational change management activities for VMS rollout across internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate with MSP and VMS partner change leads to ensure consistent communication and training delivery
• Develop and execute change, communication, and training plans aligned with program timelines
• Drive stakeholder engagement, readiness tracking, and adoption reporting
• Support go-live preparation and post-launch stabilization activities
• Partner with Procurement to align VMS implementation and supplier engagement plans
