Description
Our client has a requirement for a Senior MS Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant - Hands-On Delivery and Solution Design for an Existing Dynamics 365 CRM Online Implementation.
8-month assignment with possible extension
Remote from anywhere in Canada
This role is:
- primarily technical (hands-on delivery), with responsibility for solution design and architecture, and a strong expectation to mentor and guide internal team members.
- best suited for a senior practitioner who enjoys building, configuring, and troubleshooting CRM solutions while providing architectural direction and leadership.
Must Have:
- 7+ years of experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Online) solutions in Azure environments
- Expertise with Customer Service and Customer Insights & Journeys
- Extensive experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
- 5+ years’ experience using Low-Code/No-Code development frameworks
- Strong understanding of the Dynamics 365 data model, customization, and integrations
- Experience working across the full system development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience with Azure services and Logic Apps
- Experience supporting application modernization initiatives
- Familiarity with data governance and CRM security best practices
Responsibilities:
Hands-On Delivery (Primary Focus)
- Configure, customize, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, with a focus on Customer Service and Customer Insights & Journeys
- Build and maintain Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI) integrated with CRM
- Develop workflows, business process flows, forms, screens, reports, and integrations
- Support production systems by troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents, and performing root cause analysis
- Contribute directly to application modernization and enhancement of existing and legacy systems
Solutioning, Design & Analysis
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical designs
- Lead CRM solution architecture, customization strategy, and integration design
- Conduct design reviews and ensure alignment with Microsoft and industry best practices
- Monitor system usage, performance, and data integrity, recommending improvements
Leadership & Mentorship
- Provide hands-on guidance and mentorship to developers, analysts, and administrators
- Lead technical walkthroughs, knowledge-sharing sessions, and best-practice discussions
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to business and technical stakeholders
