We are seeking a senior-level Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) / Power Platform Architect to provide broad solution architecture, technical leadership, and hands-on guidance across Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform. This role requires strong consulting capabilities, deep technical expertise, and the ability to lead solution delivery from design through stable deployment.

Must Haves

  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
  • Deep hands-on experience with Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate
  • Solid SQL skills for Dataverse (TDS)
  • Experience using XRM Toolbox for administration and development support
  • Power Platform Certs - PL‑900 + PL‑200/PL‑400.
  • Proven software delivery experience in enterprise environments
  • Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to guide technical teams


Key Responsibilities

Dynamics 365 CE & Architecture

  • Provide end-to-end architecture and technical guidance for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable CE and Power Platform designs
  • Guide technical decisions aligned with Microsoft best practices and client objectives

Dataverse Management

  • Design and manage Dataverse solutions, components, and environments
  • Oversee data modeling, solution layering, environment strategy, and ALM practices
  • Ensure governance, performance, and security standards are met

Power Apps Configuration

  • Configure Power Apps including tables, columns, relationships, views, dashboards, and forms
  • Optimize user experience and application performance
  • Support both model-driven and canvas app scenarios

Power Automate

  • Design and implement Power Automate flows ranging from simple workflows to complex enterprise automations
  • Ensure reliability, error handling, and performance of integrations and automations

SQL & Dataverse (TDS)

  • Write and optimize simple to complex SQL queries against Dataverse using TDS endpoints
  • Support reporting, data analysis, and troubleshooting needs

XRM Toolbox

  • Leverage XRM Toolbox and plugin-based tools for administration, configuration, and development support
  • Troubleshoot system issues and optimize environments using community and custom tools

Software Delivery & Consulting

  • Lead software delivery activities including estimates, milestones, and deployment planning
  • Ensure stable releases through disciplined delivery and environment management
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client business needs and articulating technical and business impact

Leadership & Influence

  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to developers and functional team members
  • Influence architectural direction and technical standards
  • Support stakeholder discussions and decision-making at both technical and business levels
