Our Calgary client is looking for a Senior IT Project Manager focused on improving customer support operations through the implementation of ServiceNow automation tools.

Hybrid work environment. Must be able to work on site in Calgary.

Must Haves:

  • 8+ years experience is as an IT Project Manager
  • Strong experience implementing ServiceNow solutions and integrations
  • Knowledge of 3Clogic or other contact center platforms integrated with enterprise systems
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and automation workflows
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams including vendors, IMT, and business stakeholders
  • Proficiency in creating dashboards and executive summaries using project reporting tools

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with various delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Workday project management
  • PROSCI or ITIL certification

Responsibilities:

  • Lead concurrent implementation projects for ServiceNow Automation Engine and 3Clogic deployment
  • Manage project timelines, scope, budget, and deliverables
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure aligned execution
  • Identify, mitigate, and report project risks and issues
  • Drive adoption of automation capabilities and lead associated change management
  • Deliver progress reports, executive updates, and project documentation
