Our client has a requirement for a Senior Instructional Designer to redesign training programs and develop new content for a contact-centre modernization project.


Duration: 1-year contract


Must Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in Instructional Design with a focus on updating or overhauling legacy training programs
  • Proven experience in applying adult learning theory and instructional design models in practical settings
  • Capability to create a wide range of materials including facilitator scripts, participant guides, storyboards, e-learning, and assessments
  • Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate along with familiarity with LMS platforms like Dayforce, Moodle, Cornerstone, and TalentLMS
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1, AODA) and DEI-aligned learning practices.
  • Experience in developing interactive training materials, including Scorm Files
