Senior Infrastructure Analyst with M365 Administration experience

Our client is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Analyst with M365 Administration experience for a contract until the end of the year.

Must Have:

• 5+ years experience working with M365:
• Entra Administration
• Exchange Administration
• Teams Administration
• Windows 11 Desktop Management
• Windows File and Storage Services including Distributed File Services
• Windows Server Administration

Nice to Have:

• Nutanix AHV
• Veeam

Roles and Responsibilities

• Act as an initial point of contact for ServiceNow ticket escalation for the Infrastructure Team
• Ensure all escalated ServiceNow tickets have all the required information needed to address the issue
• If possible resolve the request prior to escalation
• If not, route ServiceNow ticket to the appropriate Infrastructure resource
• Ensure ServiceNow ticket has been closed and document all resolution details for further reference
• Documentation “How to” infrastructure tasks
• Some of these tasks could then get pushed back to SD for resolution if permissions allow otherwise this role could resolve
• Continue to learn and share learnings with both Infrastructure and Service Desk
• Build the knowledge base for 1st and 2nd level support calls
• Assist with Infrastructure Operational Tasks
• M365 Account management/document administration tasks
• Building and Provisioning of Virtual desktops/servers
• Assistance with Audio/Visual rooms
• Solarwinds Monitoring/Administration
• MS Exchange Resource, distribution group, security group creations, etc.
• Phone system management and migration from legacy phone system to Teams
