Description
Contract: 6-8 months + extension
Hybrid: Toronto & Waterloo, 3-4 days onsite
Must Haves
- 10+ years in IAM engineering, architecture, and operations
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Entra ID, CyberArk, and SailPoint IdentityIQ
- Strong technical foundation in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), RBAC, and Privileged Access Management
- Proficiency with Active Directory, LDAP, and Azure AD integrations
- Post-secondary degree in Computer Science or related field
Nice to Have
- Industry certifications such as CISSP or CISM
- Experience with Unix/Linux/AIX environments
- Familiarity with financial services industry regulations
Responsibilities
- Serve as the IAM engineering authority providing guidance on architecture, integration, and security controls
- Define and document IAM solutions and controls aligned with internal security standards
- Develop and maintain strategic IAM roadmaps supporting business and security objectives
- Lead the integration and automation of SailPoint, including SCIM-based provisioning
- Support and enhance IAM services across business units and platforms
- Collaborate with auditors to provide evidence of IAM control effectiveness
- Define and track KRIs and KPIs measuring IAM performance and risk exposure
