Senior HRIS Project Manager to support a re-implementation of SAP SuccessFactors as part of an HR modernization project
This role is 5 days a week in Calgary office
Must Have:
- Experience as an Senior HRIS Project Manager to support a re-implementation of SAP SuccessFactors from assessment and RFP initiation through to vendor selection and implementation
- Strong understanding of HR business process
- Experience with HR modernization
- Excellent vendor (implementation partner) management experience
- SuccessFactors experience to include Onboarding, recruitment, performance management, employee Central, Talent Management (benefits)
Nice to have:
- PMP
- Success Factors certifications
