Description
Our client is looking for a Senior Contract Specialist overseeing Information Systems (IS) strategic sourcing, vendor management, and complex technology procurement across software, hardware, and professional services categories. (20340)
Must-haves:
- 10 + years of Supply Chain / Strategic Sourcing experience focused on Information Systems, technology procurement, and contracting.
- Deep expertise in IT/IS categories, including software applications, hardware, telecom, network, SCADA, and professional services.
- Proficiency with SAP, Ariba, and BI/analytics tools, with advanced ability to track, manage, and report on procurement projects.
- Strong stakeholder engagement capability, able to influence senior leaders and represent the IS business unit independently.
- Demonstrated experience executing end‑to‑end procurement, including RFx development, tendering, evaluation, negotiation, award recommendations, and contract execution.
- Advanced skills in supplier relationship management, including managing strategic vendors, performance reporting, and dispute resolution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of preparing executive‑level briefings and presentations.
