Our valued public sector client is hiring a Senior Change Management Consultant to plan, implement, and sustain changes related to the SharePoint on-prem migration project.


Background:


The organization is migrating from SharePoint on-prem to SharePoint Online.


Tasks:


  • Develop strategic partnerships with other internal project managers to identify and consult on change management initiatives to support strategic projects requiring organizational culture change;
  • Responsible for leading other functional staff to define business strategy and processes in support of transformation and change management activities;
  • Participate in change impact analysis and change management activities;
  • Provide advice, support and consultation to senior staff, business unit requests, and front-line management to achieve strategic initiatives and goals;
  • Develop and coordinate training for various stakeholders to promote change;
  • Conduct focus groups and/or process improvement sessions as needed;
  • Participate in meetings with stakeholders and other project managers, document problems and provide recommendations;
  • Develop guidance and documentation on how change affects the business units;
  • Provide written reports on the progress of all assigned tasks/deliverables when requested by the TA.


Must Haves:


  • Change Management - 10+ years
  • SharePoint
  • Prosci Certification
  • ITIL/ITSM - 2+ years
  • Secret Clearance
