Exceptional Communication Skills

The candidate must be a strong communicator, able to clearly articulate achievements and past experiences. This should be assessed during the screening call as the HM says in the first 5 minutes of the interview they can usually tell if someone is able to speak to their experience or not so they expect that suppliers are doing this too.

Note: Communication skills should be accurately represented in the “out of 10” rating at the top of the evaluation matrix. Submissions with inaccurate information will be rejected adversely.

Resumes should be clear and focused, ideally within 4-5 pages, as preferred by the hiring manager.
