Description
S.i. Systems public sector client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Knowledge Management
1 year contract to start, hybrid model preferred (2 days/week onsite). Remote accepted if meet all requirements and can work PST.
Must Haves:
- Expertise in Knowledge Management
- Advanced technical skills in business analysis with the ability to come up to speed quickly, gaining an understanding of the business problem/opportunity, project objectives, and high-level design completed to date
- Excellent facilitation, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Visio, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or equivalent
Nice to haves:
- ITIL & ServiceNow's Knowledge module.
