Our client is seeking an Senior Business Analyst to support the implementation, integration, and optimization of Microsoft 365 solutions.

• 8-10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst delivering enterprise technology projects, ideally involving Microsoft 365 (M365).
• Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Hands‑on exposure to M365 applications such as SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, and OneDrive for Business (asset).
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and support solution design with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience supporting data migration initiatives, including data mapping, validation, and quality assurance.
• Strong skills in process analysis, workflow optimization, and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Experience contributing to change management activities, including training materials, communications, and user adoption support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including creating clear documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking abilities in fast‑paced environments.
• Experience supporting M365 troubleshooting and working with technical support or vendor teams.
• Consulting experience (e.g., Deloitte‑style environments) is a strong asset.
• Energy or oil & gas sector experience is a strong asset.
