Our public sector client is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to support business process mapping for an SAP Cloud Solution

**This client follows a hybrid working model, successful candidate must be willing to work in Edmonton office at least 2 days per week**

Must Have:

• 7+ years experience as a Business Analyst
• Demonstrated experience with Cloud ERP Solutions

Nice to Have:

• CBAP Designation

Responsibilities:

• Document current business processes for Human Resources for mapping to the SAP Cloud solution
• Prepares for and participates in Explore sessions, writing requirements and assist the Module Lead in the communication of requirements to SI partner
• Participates in Solution Prototypes (Pilot, Configuration, RICEFW and Conversion Prototypes); participates in Build (solution design) workshops; helping to translate business requirements into solution designs
• Provides input and review relevant design documents
• Develops Integration Test artifacts such as test conditions, expected results, and test scripts
• Lead the business process analysis and business systems functional/technical analysis for the design and implementation for core functions of the ERP implementation
• Develops User Acceptance Test (UAT) artifacts such as test conditions, expected results, and test scripts
• Assist the Module Lead in facilitating stakeholder meetings, solutioning and risk identification
• Participates in data conversions and perform data validation
• Develops appropriate documentation, to program standards and creates appropriate program artifacts
• Delivers to agreed upon project plan, provides status updates, proactively identifies Risk & Issue to the Module Lead
