Our Oil and Gas Client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to assist with business solutions focusing on the development of technical solutions that enable system, data, and process automation

Candidates will be in-office 5 days/week in Downtown Calgary

Must haves:

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Architect focusing on the development of technical solutions that enable system, data, and process automation
• Advanced facilitation skills to lead meetings and drive results, ensuring effective outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience delivering business process, system, and data automation initiatives through technology assessments, requirements gathering, testing, and deployment to business stakeholders.
• Experience with upstream Land and Well applications such as WellView, SiteView, CS Land, Execute, and StackDX.
• Advanced technical skills in PowerPlatform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps), Azure application development, Python scripting, Spotfire

• Strong verbal and written communication, exceptional attention to detail, customer service orientation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Oil and Gas experience
