Our GTA based, Municipal Government client requires the services of a Senior Business Analyst required to assist in their Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) domain.


ROLE:


Our Client is searching for a Business Analyst for the following breadth of transformative project and program work:

The purpose of the EAM Asset Management project is to implement Maximo as the enterprise asset management solution for vehicle, equipment, track, and other fixed assets across a variety of Client's operations departments. These departments are in various stages of using legacy systems or legacy implementations of Maximo which must be transitioned into standard compliant Maximo deployments.


Our Client is searching for a Business Analyst with the capability to focus on Maximo and related implementations across these various areas, with other related tasks as required and assigned by the Enterprise Architecture and the Project Management section.


MUST HAVE:


  • University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or related, relevant discipline
  • 10+ years business consulting experience
  • 5+ years experience as a lead business and/or process analyst within enterprise asset management and/or maintenance operations domains
  • 5+ years experience with transit and/or large and diverse Maximo Implementations
  • Major IT implementation experience and understanding how systems are affected by business process change
  • Experience in dealing with complex business problems, identifying business/functional user requirements and recommending how to best support them through processes and applications
  • Experience in process analysis, design, and modelling in a complex environment
  • Experience in data modeling, data migration, and concepts
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office tools (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Familiarity and understanding of KPI (Key Performance Indicator) analysis and performance measurement
  • Organizational Change Management skills and experience with working with unionized employees to implement new/upgraded technology
  • Experience training end-users with technical and non-technical knowledge
