Our public-sector client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst focused on transitioning a highly customized ArcMap solution (RAMP) into a modernized, configuration‑driven solution in ArcGIS Pro

Candidates must be located in Calgary. Hybrid work model. 37.5 hour work week

Must haves:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst with a focus on geospatial solutions (ESRI suite)
• 5+ years experience in GIS package application implementations/system development projects, specifically with ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise
• Experience with Data Analysis
• Experience producing detailed specifications for a technical project team (working with client project team and technical team)
• Experience producing comprehensive business analysis and project documentation (requirements, use cases, workflow documentation, and solution design materials).

Nice to haves:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to mentor technical and functional resources
• Previous work experience in the public sector or large organizations

Our client's Geospatial Business Solutions division, is seeking a Senior Business/Systems Analyst to support a project focused on transitioning a highly customized ArcMap solution (RAMP) into a modernized, configuration‑driven solution in ArcGIS Pro. This role combines business analysis with technical geospatial expertise to guide development of high-quality, out-of-the-box solutions, produce comprehensive documentation, provide direction and guidance to technical teams, contribute to high‑quality deliverables, and support ongoing collaboration with our partners.
