Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (7+ years) to deliver cross-border payment and multi-currency transaction solutions

Join a globally connected team within the Alternate Solutions Group focusing on payments and transaction enablement across CAD, USD, AUD, and NZD markets. This role supports the International Student Payments project-helping families make tuition payments in local currencies. The opportunity provides exposure to capital markets and payments domains while collaborating across multiple applications and business units. Work closely with managers and stakeholders in a hybrid environment to drive impactful financial technology initiatives.

Contract, Toronto, Hybrid - In office twice per week: Wednesday and Thursday

Must Haves

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst including strong analytical delivery across financial services initiatives
• 5+ years with Jira for project tracking and business requirements documentation
• 2+ years in payments, including cross-border transactions or multi-currency systems
• 2+ years with SQL and Power BI reporting for data analysis and visualization
• Degree or diploma in Business, Science, Engineering, or a related field

Nice to Have

• Banking experience
• Experience with The Bank's systems or processes
• Payment rails background
• Knowledge of AI concepts

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document current and target state for cross-border payment platforms
• Develop and socialize detailed business requirements and process flows
• Coordinate project timelines and milestones, ensuring timely completion
• Manage stakeholder engagement and support informed decision-making
• Prepare presentation materials and communicate project status to leadership
• Participate in user acceptance and business implementation activities
• Identify and mitigate project risks throughout the delivery lifecycle
