Job Description: Position Title: UX Designer

Duration: 6 months

Remote/Hybrid: hybrid, Wed and Thursday

Office Location: 161 Bay 4th floor

Work Schedule (hours per week, start time): 37.5 Hours/week, 9-5 Monday to Friday

As a Senior UX/UI Designer with the Banking Digital team within the Direct Financial Services Capital Markets Division, you will collaborate with our technology delivery team to enhance and deliver a best-in-class digital customer experience for Bank's online and mobile banking platforms.

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you are a creative problem solver and storyteller, capable of driving design objectives and delivering innovative concepts while maintaining brand and design standards to ensure consistency across platforms. You’ll leverage your expertise to execute fast-paced prototypes and designs, using your solid knowledge of design tools to create engaging and intuitive user experiences that drive innovation in digital banking.


Design Thinking & Problem Solving: Expertise in facilitating Design Thinking workshops, journey mapping, and persona development to solve complex problems creatively.

Storytelling & Communication: Strong ability to present design concepts and articulate design decisions clearly to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Skilled in analyzing user data and feedback to inform design improvements and optimize user experiences.


Must Have Requirement:

1. Experience in creating user-centered designs, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups - 5+ years

2. Experience on usability and accessibility - 3+ years

3. Experience using Figma - 3+ years

4. Experience designing responsive interfaces for multiple devices

5. Familiarity with design systems

Nice to Have:

1. Banking experience

2. Experience in payments

3. Past experience of running big projects end to end
