Responsibilities:

. As Technical Lead you will be accountable for establishing, executing and driving the technology application delivery for GAM Technology. You will work with multiple application teams in the organization for the technology development (operational and project initiatives) using the latest technologies. You will assist in shaping the strategic technology direction in accordance with the business roadmap, determine technology optimization, appropriate risk management, and provide the development and maintenance capability for GAM technology systems, applications and processes to meet current and future business needs. This role has full accountability for a variety of technology disciplines and hands-on development work would be expected.

Strategic Development & Execution: Identify GAM Technology needs as part of an integrated business and technology roadmap, align all technology application services to support those needs and deliver against them. Understand and implement our business strategies, operating model, and processing. Design, develop, implement/execute and support GAM Technology strategies which include: Cloud strategy, Data and Business Analytics strategy, Application Modernization/CCR strategy, Process Automation (QA), DevOps adoption.

Understanding Requirements - Track and analyze operating environment for specified services and implement corrective actions as needed. Work with business and technology partners to determine, negotiate, and manage services to the agreed standards. Monitor service levels to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend appropriate solutions.

People Leadership - Lead and coach a high performing group team of individuals via indirect reporting. Share knowledge and collaborate to come up with effective solutions to problems.

Relationship Management - Work closely with clients and business partners to develop, test, and implement application program. Impact and improve the business by advising application owners on the technology possibilities and requirements.

Must Have Requirement:

2+ Years of Technical Leadership (Leading Data Developers and API Developers)

8+ Years of overall development/ technical experience

Azure Databricks: Advanced experience in building and managing scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions.

Azure Data Factory: Proficient in orchestrating data workflows and integrating diverse data sources.

Azure Function App: Expertise in developing and deploying serverless functions for event-driven architectures.

App Services & App Service Plan: Strong knowledge of deploying, scaling, and managing web applications in Azure.

Azure SQL: Proven ability to design, develop, and optimize relational databases in Azure cloud environments.

Azure Data Lake Storage: Hands-on experience with large-scale data storage and management in Azure.

Application Insights: Skilled in implementing monitoring, diagnostics, and performance analytics for applications.

C#.NET: Advanced programming skills in C#.NET for backend development and integration.

REST API: Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and consume RESTful APIs for robust, scalable applications.

Web API/Applications Design: Experience in architecting and implementing secure, high-performance web applications.

Nice to Have:

Power BI: Familiarity with data visualization, dashboard creation, and business intelligence reporting.

Redis Cache: Experience with distributed caching and performance optimization using Redis.

Financial Industry Experience: Understanding of financial services domain, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Azure DevOps: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and cloud-based project management.

GitHub Enterprise: Knowledge of enterprise source code management, collaboration, and workflow automation.

AutoSys: Exposure to enterprise job scheduling and automation solutions.

Informatica: Experience with data integration, ETL workflows, and enterprise data management tools
