Our manufacturing client is seeking a Senior Automation QA & Testing COE Manager to provide technical guidance for an SAP implementation project.

Work Mode - Hybrid (Remote work 3 days/week, in-office presence 2 days/week on Tuesdays and Wednesdays)

Location - Oakville

Duration - 6 months

Must Haves:

• 10+ years of experience in leading global testing teams
• Full life cycle of SAP implementation experience.
• Hand-on experience preparing test data, executing tests, and verifying results and logging issues in JIRA and Azure DevOps.
• Hand-on experience on building up a Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE).
• Hand-on experience in testing REST APIs via Postman or similar tools
• Automation testing using Selenium, HP UFT, or similar tools.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Manage professional employees and/or supervisors or supervise large, complex technical or business support or production operations team(s).
• Is accountable for the performance and results of a team of testers.
• Provide deep testing technical and guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers.
• Complete platform compliance certification tests.
• Perform testing, which may include exploratory, system, regression, end-to-end, compatibility, integration testing or backend data validations.
• Create and monitor Automation Testing scripts.
• Lead user acceptance tests.
• Provide test results and report defects in detailed and well-documented reports.
