Our client in the Hospitality industry is a seeking an Intermediate Power Platform Developer to work on the development of a Project Management Application - 1774
Job Title: Full Stack Power Platforms Developer
Job Location: Remote but would prefer candidates sit in Ottawa or Toronto
Travel will be required 2-3 times a year for a few days for team building (open to travel for team building activities a few times/year)
Contract Duration: 8-month; Contract to hire for the right candidate
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the sprints
- Finishing assinged tasks
- Testing
- Discussing product goals
- Feedback from users
- Developing plans and turning those into development sprints
- Morning stand ups - 2 week sprints
Technical Must Haves:
- Power platform 1-3 years
- API
- Azure Functions
- Amazon AWS
Nice to Haves:
- Coming from operational background- cashier, bartenders- real world experience
Interview Process:
- 1 round: 1 hour virtual with hiring leader and technical architect
- Situational questions, general conversation to get to know each other
