Hybrid (once a week on site)


Must Haves:

  • Strong Project Director who can manage the project end to end with all stakeholders.
  • Experience leading business driven projects
  • Experience leading projects that includes a wide range of internal parties is key.
  • Experience managing the enterprise governance and project processes and experience working with all levels of up C suite.

Nice to Have:

  • Call Centre experience (Genesys cloud) would be beneficial but not mandatory
