Program Manager to manage fiber network service expansions for customers

We are looking for a Service Expansion Program Manager to manage customer projects.


The successful candidate will be responsible for managing fiber (wireline) builds from start to finish.


The successful candidate will have:

  • a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in telecom construction
  • 8-10 years of experience with wireline networks: FTTH, Fiber Builds, underground networks
  • proven knowledge of Canadian infrastructure standards and permitting processes.


Key Responsibilities for the Construction PM include:


Customer management includes but is not limited to:

  • customer reporting
  • workflow forecasting
  • meeting customer milestones/targets.


Workflow Management includes but is not limited to:

  • planning, requesting and managing all program requirements including Locates, ROPs, Permits, PO's Budget, mappings, customer packages.
  • oversee and deliver on all 3rd party designs and admin
  • maintain and forecast the forward view of field work
  • Liaise with Field Manager on a 15/30/60 day crew requirement


Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Internal team management
  • Internal team H&S
  • Field H&S


The successful candidate will be working onsite at our client's location in Orangeville, ON.

The will self motivated, thorough and disciplined with an eye for detail and a proven ability to lead and manage.

You must be client focused with a customer mindset.
