Product Manager - Digital Health / Pharma Technology

Our client is Canada's largest retailer. They are looking for a Product Manager with Health Technology/Pharma Technology experience to lead product development for next-generation digital experiences to reduce fragmentation and empower Canadians to make informed healthcare decisions.

Your work directly contributes to building the future of connected healthcare with a digital health platform that delivers personalized, intelligent experiences to millions of Canadians. You will be working alongside Engineering, Design, Clinical, Legal, Privacy, Data Science, and Regulatory partners.

Duration: 1 Year (to start)

Location: North York (1-2 days/week onsite)

Responsibilities:

Product Vision, Strategy & Discovery

  • Define and iterate on the product vision for digital health experiences.
  • Conduct customer discovery, validate real user problems, and identify high-impact opportunities.
  • Build and own the product roadmap driven by clinical insights, user needs, and business outcomes.

Product Definition & Prioritization

  • Translate healthcare workflows and regulatory considerations into clear product requirements.
  • Prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and data insights - not on timelines or task status.
  • Maintain a healthy backlog grounded in real-world patient and provider data.

Cross-Functional Engagement

  • Partner with Engineering and Design to co-create problem-solving solutions.
  • Collaborate with Clinical, Legal, Privacy, and Regulatory teams to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Align stakeholders around product goals and outcome metrics.

Launch, Outcomes & Iteration

  • Lead go-to-market readiness from a product perspective (value prop, user experience, KPIs).
  • Monitor product performance, identify opportunities, and iterate quickly.
  • Drive continuous improvement rooted in user behavior, data, and clinical insights.

Must Have Skills:

  • 5+ years product management experience, with strong experience launching digital health, pharmacy tech, or regulated healthcare products.
  • Proven ability to define product strategy, own a roadmap, and make data-driven prioritization decisions.
  • Experience working in highly cross-functional environments (clinical, engineering, regulatory).
  • Strong analytical and product discovery skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with technical or data-rich products is preferred.
