Overview:

As a mid-sized, cloud-based organization leveraging Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies, we need an experienced professional who can help us connect systems, streamline data flow, and lay the foundation for a long-term integration and data strategy.

This role combines hands-on development with strategic planning-you’ll not only build and maintain integrations but also help define the roadmap toward a future-state architecture that includes a centralized data lake and business intelligence dashboards.

Must Have's:

• 5+ years of experience as an Integration Analyst/ Developer
• Proven expertise with Azure technologies including:
• Azure Logic Apps
• Azure Functions
• Azure API Management
• Power Automate / Power Platform
• Strong proficiency with RESTful APIs, JSON, OAuth, and webhooks
• Experience connecting and automating data flows between multiple SaaS systems
• Understanding of data modeling, ETL, and cloud data architectures
• Familiarity with data lakes, data warehouses, and Power BI or similar BI tools

Nice to Have's:

• Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Developer Associate, Solutions Architect, or Data Engineer).
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, JavaScript) for automation.
• Prior work in a mid-sized or fast-growing organization integrating multiple SaaS tools.
• Familiarity with API lifecycle management and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities:

• Integration Development & Architecture
• Design, build, and maintain integrations between various SaaS platforms (CRM, ERP, HRIS, Finance, Marketing, etc.) using APIs, Azure Integration Services, and related tools.
• Implement and manage workflows using tools such as Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Power Automate, and Power Platform connectors.
• Create robust, scalable, and secure integration solutions aligned with business needs.
• Systems & Data Strategy
• Assess current application landscape and recommend an integration and data management strategy that supports scalability and business intelligence initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to plan the evolution toward a data lake / data warehouse environment.
• Identify opportunities to automate data flows and improve efficiency across departments.
• Data & Dashboard Enablement
• Work with data and analytics teams to centralize and normalize data for reporting and visualization.
• Support the creation of dashboards in Power BI or similar tools, ensuring clean and reliable data pipelines.
• Governance & Best Practices
• Define integration standards, API usage policies, and documentation procedures.
• Provide guidance on best practices for API management, authentication, and data security.
• Evaluate and recommend integration platforms, middleware, or iPaaS solutions for long-term adoption.
