Our Vancouver client is seeking a MS Dynamics CRM Manager

20 months contract , 100% Remote - must work PST hours, candidate must be located in ON, AB, BC

Must Have:

Proven experience in a Technology-focused CRM leadership or functional delivery management role, within MS Dynamics environments.
Strong understanding of SDLC, technical delivery processes, and project lifecycle management.
Background in technology or development, with enough depth to understand and drive technical conversations (no coding or code reviews required).
Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience working with Directors, Architects, PMs, and POs.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage performance, and deliver results in a complex, cross-functional environment.
Strong communicator and relationship-builder, able to influence and advocate for the CRM team and roadmap.
