Duration: 12 months

Hybrid:

Tuesday and Thursday mandatory in office, with flexibility to attend up to three days per week. Typically 1-3 days in the office. Plus, Fourth Friday a month we do in office day.

You will support the planning, development, and execution of marketing communications and campaigns. Working closely with talented teammates across the business, you’ll help turn bold ideas into real results. Here, you’ll contribute to integrated marketing initiatives, see your work come to life, and know your efforts help shape how our brand connects with clients.


• Assist in executing The Bank's annual marketing plan by supporting campaign development and coordinating communications that bring the brand and products to life.

• Support creative work by helping organize campaign materials, championing bold ideas, and assisting in campaign launches.

• Dive into data and insights to help the team better understand our clients and opportunities that inspire our best work.

• Coordinate marketing efforts across diverse channels and content, helping reach new clients and showcase what makes The bank unique.

• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every message is clear, consistent, and our brand is represented authentically across the organization

• Assist with budget tracking and collaborate with business teams to maximize campaign impact uncover and monitor progress toward objectives.

• Collect and organize performance data to uncover insights and support the refinement and optimization of campaigns.

• Contribute to a positive team culture by taking ownership of assigned tasks, seeking feedback, and supporting colleagues in achieving team goals.

• Champion operational excellence by supporting process improvements and upholding high standards in campaign execution.

• Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, partners, and agencies to show up as one team that is driving the business forward.

Must Have Requirement:

• 1-3 years experience in the creative marketing space, including creative strategy, brief writing, and the ability to review and critique creative work

• Exposure to paid media (does not need prior media agency experience), with knowledge of key paid media channels such as YouTube, Google, Meta/Facebook, and TikTok

• Soft skills: eager to learn, collaborative, and motivated to grow

• Can confidently work with different teams (creative, media, operations, legal, finance) and helps break down barriers to deliver impactful marketing ideas.

Nice to Have:

• French speaking

• Understanding of the Quebec market

• Experience working in a media or creative agency
